Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee or NO Show Fee.  Repeated late cancellations or no‑shows may require prepayment or Credit Card listed for future bookings.
