Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure our therapists are compensated for their time.

If you do not inform us within this timeframe, you will be charged the  cost of your scheduled treatment.
